Everything about this skirt is a plus
PostedJanuary 27, 2017
This is THE LBS or "long black skirt" to go to. Indispensable wardrobe staple. The fabric is light and soft, but not paper-thin or clingy. Slimming cut, can be dressed up or down, and can be matched with almost any top, worn with heels, flats or boots. I particularly like the side slits, but others might find them a bit too high. To me, everything about this skirt is a plus.

Better than expected!
PostedJanuary 5, 2017
This sweater is not very thick, but that is probably a good thing because it can be worn in three seasons, instead of only in winter. For winter, it needs a little beefing up to be sufficiently warm. I am currently wearing it with a fleece vest and it feels soft, and very comfortable. My hopes were not high for this garment because of the synthetic fibers content, but I have been reaching to it quite often, to the point that I decided to get it in more colors now that it is on sale. It runs true to size (at 5 feet 2, and 145 Lbs, I wear a MP), can be dressed up or down, and if you want it a little roomier, I suggest going up one size. The length is right both for trousers and skirts. Quite surprised to read other customers found it ill fitting, might have to do with inconsistent sizing indeed. I just hope it will wash well!

The cuttest thing
PostedJanuary 5, 2017
This little piece of fabric is so versatile! A refreshing new style instead of the usual necklaces or bracelets. The colors are vibrant and go well with most of the hues in JJill's latest palette. I particularly like it with the topaz shade, but can be worn with cream, navy and other dark blues. A touch of life for the winter darks that will keep looking great well into summer. Amazing what such a small piece can do!

This IS the top for winter
PostedJanuary 5, 2017
I am just sorry I found it too late. This top is warm and not super thin as most of the other "winter" tops of this season. The fit is nice and comfortable. I just tried it at the store and had to have it. Unfortunately, there were no more colors/sizes available. Hopefully, JJill is reading and will bring it back next winter. I am tired of the ever thinning fabrics. The sleeves don't seem raglan to me, and I wish JJill would include the weight of the fabric in the description of their garments.

Mixed feelings
PostedDecember 23, 2016
I like this top modern look. The 5% silk content makes it soft to the touch; however, the 5% wool makes it itchy, at least for me. Also, it kind of clings to the midsection, which does not help to disguise a tummy. And yes, the neck is weird: folded towards the inside and kept in place with just two stitches at the sides, which makes it look like they wanted to save a few cents and time on the finishing. Other than this, I like the tunic length and the overall appearance. At the sale price, it is probably worth keeping.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good, but it could be better
PostedDecember 3, 2016
For those of us who hate beanies and other head-tight gear in winter, this is a good alternative. However, if you have a small head, the hat risks being a tad too big (an adjustable band inside would have been great.) Solution? Use one of those infinity scarves, wrap one half around the hat and the other around your neck, and voila! The hat is cute and classy, but I would have liked the felt to be treated to make it sturdier and somewhat water resistant, as it might get ruined if the hat is exposed to heavy snow. Nevertheless, at the sale price, it is a very good deal!

Warm, thick, versatile, and a steal at the sale price!
PostedNovember 26, 2016
Wow. I am surprised to see these have not disappeared yet! These scarves are a steal at the sale price. They are so warm that it feels like there was a little bit of wool content in them. They are also wide and thick to the point that I can wear mine as a small shawl on my shoulders while working at my chilly office. I can also wrap it on top of my fedora hat to avoid it being blown away by the wind. The three colors (blue, red, black) cover most of my wardrobe items; I wear them almost daily. I had originally bought them as gifts, but liked them so much that I kept them for me, and I am now going to get some more as stocking stuffers. On of the best purchases from JJill!

Not enough shape, kind of frumpy
PostedOctober 25, 2016
I liked this tunic so much, particularly the side snap closure details, that I waited until it was available on sale and in my size. I just got it and I really wanted to love it. However, it runs large, and makes me look pregnant and kind of sloppy. Somehow, the picture shows a more fitted garment, and not a sack of potatoes. I tried it with a belt, with leggings, with different necklaces, and nothing would improve the fit, so sadly it goes back. For the price, I think JJill could have done better.

Pretty but pricey
PostedOctober 22, 2016
This skirt is extremely comfortable and it matches almost any color (except black, I would say). I am usually an M petite, but an S was a good fit for me in this model. The cotton fabric is light but drapes well. Pockets are a plus, and I would do away with the waist cord, but it is not a big deal. Maybe worth on sale, but expensive for what it is at regular price.

With an ornate paisley print and a light, soft touch, our asymmetric poncho is feminine and romantic. Boat neckline.

Where is the other scarf poncho?

Up until recently, there was another scarf poncho similar to this one, with a paisley and flowers design in blue and peach hues? Now, it is gone from the site. Has it been sold out or discontinued?

Our soft woven-silk infinity scarf with a floral print.

What colors are in this scarf, & what colors & their names are in this scarf, & besi the matching wearever print shirt? match this scarf?

What are names of colors in this scarf? It looks like pinks, several greens, and peaches, bellini, shrimp, or bisques go with this scarf? I assume solids would go best. What shirts would match in the (in order of length preference) XLT, W2X, XL? Thanks.
Topic:colors in scarf names?, matching shirts?, no wool alpaca etc.
Hi, the scarf has a black background; the leaves are olive and sage green; the flowers are a mix of pale pink, peach, Bellini, lobster, and berry colors; there are also white flowers. I have matched this scarf with a wide palette of pink tops, from powder pink to coral. It also looks great with beige. It makes my little black dress look stunning. It is very versatile, I have found I can mix it with many of my tops and I just don't want to take it off!

It also pairs beautifully with coral or pink, and even yellow. It is hard to find a color that will not match. Maybe just red and black.
